All Equipment and Order Placement

To initiate an order, our Product Specialist will furnish a formal, computer-generated price quotation. This quotation can be confirmed via any communication medium, with preference for email correspondence. All product prices are subject to availability and must be verified before proceeding with an order. Prior to finalizing the purchase, it is essential to confirm the quoted price, terms, and conditions, and obtain a hard copy for your records. Please note that 100% upfront payment is mandatory upon order placement.

Order Confirmation

• Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the 100% upfront payment.
• A confirmation email with the order details will be sent to you once the payment is processed.
• Any changes to the order post-confirmation must be communicated immediately and may be subject to additional charges or delays.

Warranty Conditions

Our warranty coverage extends from the date of purchase for a period of one year.

Warranty Coverage

• The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
• During the warranty period, Labsearch will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
• This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Shipping

Upon receipt of full payment, we will promptly dispatch the equipment or product. You will receive a comprehensive invoice detailing the price, freight charges, and any other applicable fees, accompanied by a confirmation email.

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship products worldwide, with delivery times varying based on the destination.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the items, and delivery location.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Labsearch will not be liable for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Labsearch pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
